The moves and curves of the rivers in her beloved Missouri Ozarks provide the inspiration for Virginia’s copper baskets as she weaves and curves the copper strips with their lovely patina. Like rivers, no two baskets can ever be exactly alike. For Virginia, copper acts as a conductor of her internal musings to the rest of the world.
