Theresia St Vrain

As a student at The Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe, NM, Theresa's love of color & quality of light as well as symmetry & organic references in the world were encouraged. She chose to explore them in enamel, an age-old process of heat–fusing colored glass granules to metal, in her work, silver or copper. Because it is glass, albeit somewhat protected by metal, situations in which it is likely to be chipped or dropped onto a hard surface should be avoided
