Connie Thatcher
Connie is a self-taught artist who continues to explore new media. Her most recent work has been inspired by old metal tools, those in which you can see & feel the years of use. For this work she’s collected “old metal doo-dads” & also altered the surfaces of copper & sterling silver to evoke the feeling of time-worn treasures. Earring wires are surgical steel.
